We can’t read your plans
Shared plans are end-to-end encrypted on your people’s devices. Device keys are made in the Apple Secure Enclave and can’t be copied out; in the browser, passkeys unlock the plans.
Hosted in the EU, or where you choose
MPP Studio Cloud runs on servers we operate ourselves in the EU, with encrypted backups in the EU. Enterprise customers can have a dedicated server, in the country you choose.

A data processing agreement (DPA) on request, volume licensing and invoicing. Plans you don’t share never leave your devices.

Is opening .mpp files really free?
Yes. The Free plan opens any .mpp, with the Gantt chart, outline and critical path, and prints and exports PDF. On Mac and iPad it needs no account.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Solo Pro is $89.99 a year and Team Pro $159.99 a seat a year, less than paying monthly. Each price covers Mac, iPad and the web together.
Do I pay for AI?
No. MPP Studio doesn’t sell AI credits. Its built-in MCP server works with the AI agent you already use. How it works
Where is our data stored?
Plans you don’t share stay on your devices. Shared plans are end-to-end encrypted and stored on servers we operate ourselves in the EU. Enterprise customers can have a dedicated server in the location they choose.
